# How to Sign “Angry” in Sign Language

Did you know that anger can actually give you a boost of adrenaline, making you temporarily stronger and faster? However, it's probably not a good idea to get angry on purpose just for this reason.

## Signing “Angry”
1. Hand shape: Start with your dominant hand in a “open-5” handshape, with your fingers bent.
2. Hand location: Bring your hands in front of your body at about chest level, palms facing your body.
3. Movement: In one quick movement, bring both hands upward and outward.
4. Facial expression: Make sure your face shows anger or frustration by furring your eyebrows and opening your mouth.
