I use it every single day to communicate to hearing individuals - it's completely changed my life. EVERYONE with hearing difficulty should embrace Ava and anyone dealing with people who have hearing challenges should simply have the Ava app ready to go on their mobile device, etc. ## **When do you use Ava?** Ava is used during any type of conversation.  Since I do not read lips and do not use American Sign Language, this is truly the only and best way for me to converse with others.  One-on-one or in groups.  I do turn on the App and hold my iPhone toward the people that I am having conversations with or sometimes I will lay it on a table in between everyone. ## **What's your favorite Ava feature?** As a profoundly deaf person, Ava allows me to talk to people in real-time.  I'm lost without it. !
